RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds or exchanges on items purchased on-line will only be through the online store and not from any other location.
DAMAGED GOODS
Bliss Coffee must be notified within 24hours of receipt of items if the items are damaged during transit. No refunds will be given if we are not notified within this time period. Notification must be given only to places provided on the receipt. Notification is not deemed to have been given if provided to any location other than that provided on the receipt.
On notification please provide the following:

We will be happy to replace goods damaged in transit.

You must contact us prior to returning any items, no item will be accepted unless package is marked with the item return code.

Exchanges and refunds are not available if you are responsible for damaging the goods.

If a replacement item is unavailable we will refund your money or you may choose another item.

The replacement item or refund will only be dispatched when we receive the damaged item.

All returned items must have a proof of purchase

We must receive the item within 5 working days of notification.
FAULTY GOODS
If a product is deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply.

You must contact us prior to returning an item. Items are only accepted through prior arrangement. No item will be accepted unless package is marked with the item return code.

All items must have a proof of purchase

Some items may be returned direct to the manufacturer for repair.

If returning the item to Bliss Coffee; we must receive the item within 5 working days of notification of the item being faulty.

If the item is unable to be repaired. We will be happy to organize an exchange on faulty goods provided it is within the warranty period and within the warranty terms and conditions.

If a replacement item is unavailable we will refund your money or you may choose another item.

If the item is deemed not to be faulty no refund is available, if you wish to return an item that is not faulty or damaged, please see the section on unwanted items.

30 DAY GUARANTEE
We understand at times you may perceive an item is different to that shown on our website. Colours may differ due to a variety of reasons. On occasions an item may not be updated on our website and the product you receive may be a newer model or updated design. At our discretion we will exchange any undamaged product within 30 days of purchase.

Please check prior to returning items to determine if a return may be available. If you return an item without checking you will be charged to have that item returned to you.

Some items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.

Returns are not available for change of mind on items purchased on sale or special price.

We will only accept items that are unused and still in their original packaging.

We do not exchange on cd's or DVD's once opened.

We do not reimburse delivery and or handling charges on incorrect choice.

We must receive the product undamaged, we recommend postal or freight insurance when returning an item.

The exchanged item will also incur a standard delivery fee.
