We provide flat rates for shipping as follows:
STANDARD - AUD$7.95
3-10 working days, signature required
EXPRESS - AUD$25.00
1-3 working days, signature required

Flat rate means one charge regardless of size of order.

Each order will only be shipped to one address, there are no split orders.

All deliveries are made by either Australia Post or our Courier service

All deliveries must be signed for

Express deliveries are not available on domestic espresso machines.

All domestic espresso machines are dispatched as soon as possible after thorough checking and bench testing (this can take up to 24hrs). These are dispatched using a courier service and are not sent through the post.
DELIVERY

Deliveries will be during normal working hours.

With the exception of domestic espresso machines which require bench testing and calibration, all orders are dispatched next working day. This is subject to availability and may take up to 3-10 working days for delivery. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times as we use third party companies to deliver.

Orders will be delivered to addresses in the Australia Post network and are limited to the Australian mainland and Tasmania. If you require delivery to other areas please email or phone with your enquiry as additional freight charges may apply.

Please ensure you check all the delivery details as we can only go by the information you give us. If you have provided incorrect details and the item is returned to us, further shipping charges will apply.

We recommend that you provide a work address. If you require delivery to a home address please ensure that you are home to receive the items, as all packages require a signature.

For those items delivered by Australia Post and no-one is available to receive the items, a card will be left and the item may be collected from your post office.

For those items delivered by courier and no-one is available to collect; a redelivery fee of up to $50 may apply. The redelivery fee is a charge from the courier company and NOT from Bliss Coffee Pty Ltd.
